Collections and agent disbursements are planned. They are not available through this website.
Our intended role is to connect customer payments with the agents fulfilling orders in Bingwa Pilot. The proposed process is shown below.

Customer payment
A customer pays for an order through the collection channel approved for Airpay Express.

Order reconciliation
The confirmed payment is matched to its Bingwa Pilot order and the relevant agent.
- 03
Agent disbursement
Proceeds are paid to the agent’s designated M-PESA number under the approved arrangement.

Confirm the recipient number, airtime amount, total price and payment instructions with the shop. This website does not collect payments or display an active One Account paybill.
For a missing or incorrect purchase, contact us with the amount, date and transaction reference. Never share your M-PESA PIN, password or one-time code.
